I found this folder, blew off the dust, and scanned it.
Badger Lake
From Cheney, go south on Cheney Plaza Road to Williams Lake Road, then west
on Williams Lake Road, then north on Badger Lake road 1.5 miles to the
Public Fishing sign.
   
Chain Lake

Diamond Lake
From Spokane, go north on US 2, 34 miles to the Public Fishing sign
   
Davis Lake
From Spokane, go north on US 2. traveling 30 miles to State Highway 211.
Once at 211, head north on State Highway 211. Travel 10 miles to the boat launch.
WARNING!! Slow down....The dive site is a hard left.
   
 
Deep Lake
From Colville, go north on Coville Alldin Northport Road 30 miles to Deep Lake
Boundary Road 4 miles to Public Fishing sign.
   
Deer Lake
From Spokane, go north on US395, go 33 miles to Deer Lake Loop road, then
East on Deer Lake loop Road 1.5 miles to Public Fishing sign.
   
Diamond Lake
From Spokane, go north on US 2, 34 miles to Public Fishing sign.
   
 
Fan Lake
From Spokane, go north on U.S. 2, go 26 miles to Allen Road West, then go west
on Allen Road West for 3 miles to Public Fishing sign.
   
Jump Off Joe Lake
From Spokane, go north on US395, go 37 miles to Jump Off Joe Road, then west
on Jump Off Joe Road 1 mith to Public Fishing sign.
   
Liberty Lake
From Spokane, go east on I-90, go 5 miles to the Liberty Lake Exit, then South to
Public Fishing sign, then south the next Public Fishing sign, then east to access.
   
 
Loon Lake
From Spokane, go north on US 395, go 38 miles to State Hwy 292.
West on State Hwy 292, go 2 miles to Larson Beach Road, then South
on Larson Beach Road 1 mile to the Public Access sign.
   
Marshall Lake
From Newport, go east across the Pend Oreille River to Leclerk Road, then north
on Leclerc Road to Bead Lake Road, then east on Bead Lake Road to Marshall
Lake Road, then east on Marshall Lake Road, to Public Fishing sign.
   
Newman Lake
From Spokane, go east on Trent 8 miles to Newman Lake Road, then North on
Newman Lake Road 4.5 miles to Public Fishing sign.
   
 
Sacheen Lake
From Spokane, go North on US Highway 2, go 30 miles to State Highway 211,
then North on State Highway 211, go 4 miles to Public Fishing sign.
   
Silver Lake
From Spokane, go west on I-90, go 10 miles to Four Lakes, then Northwest on
Medical Lafe-Four Lakes Road, go 3 miles to Public Fishing sign.
   
Sullivan Lake

From Cheney, go south on Millinex Road to Williams Lake Road, then east on
Williams Lake Road 1 mile to Public Fishing sign.
